being more organised helps a lot with stress menagement. also stopping myself from thinking about unpleasent things over and over.
organising the life a little helps a lot, i realise that i stress about small things like constantly beaing late for 5 minutes etc.
turned out the big bugger is not being able to find instantly th ecar keys in my bag:)
i also read about stress management on about and i think i have many type A personality traites, i definetly get angry fast and prone to be obsessed about small rudenesses etc.
