My flexibility used to be awfull, but it never needed to be good until I started Muay Thai. When I started I couldnt kick higher than my waist, which sucked. But after a good few months of daily stretching, I can kick over my own head no problem. 2 months ago

I’m not flexible at all and I’ve never been, so it’s time to change that now. I got a great stretching book from the library so now it’s time to get some self dicipline and actually do some stretching. 7 months ago

Ugh! Im so tight I cant reach my toes when I’m sitting on the floor with my legs straight out. In fact, I’m so tight I can’t stretch my torso past 90 degrees if my back is straight. 8 months ago
