Earn a Paycheck in a foreign currency

Well I kind of did this, not sure if this counts but I think its close enough. I paid people in another country money to do work for my business (while staying in that country) then I took the profits from this business and withdrew it in the local currency (british pounds) does that count?

1- Learn the Language.
2- Build a solid career that is also valuable on that other country you want to go.
3- Post your resume on that country and/or send to anyone you know there.

but then i remembered my bigger goal to never have a job again and to be able to support myself fully through my own company/methods and so this would just be counterproductive. I still want to live in a foreign country and make money in a foreign currency, but it won’t be a job with a paycheck.

It is paid in SRD, so when I do get paid in the Peace Corps it will be in a foriegn currency!

So, I am now moving to Suriname. I wonder if my monthly stipend will be paid in the Suriname Dollar or in American Dollars… I think it would be wrong for me to recieve it in the Amerian Dollar, and all I have been through!
