stop saying "hate"

The world is so full of hate, you can’t tell me that this does not affect the way others view things. My quest to stop saying the word “hate” started when I heard my kids saying it all the time. It sounded so horrible and I asked them what hate meant and they said it meant they did not like whatever it was they were talking about. I explained to them what it really meant and told them that I did not want them to use that word anymore. They are much to young to know what true hate feels like. I am 33 and I can’t think of anything I truly hate (besides certain actions, i.e. I hate racism and sexism and when unjust actions happen, but not other beings). Hopefully this will help not put more negative energy into the world. Last thing we all need is more hate….need to spread the love!
