Just when I start to look like having the money to do something I get my hours reduced at work. Hopefully this will be a temporary arrangement.
I have managed to finish the kitchen, the downstairs room and replaced all the doors, next comes the veranda railings, and the bathroom.
beginning to realise that rennovating a two hundred year farm house is a mammoth task , the novelty that its been in the family for the last few generations is starting waiver ! on goes the war against dry rot and pesky wood worm .
The garage now has a steel frame. This week we do some timber framing. Next week a roof and door. Target for May when we will be moving into the garage!!
