well i’ve exercised everyday for 27 days now and lost 14 pounds.
Thats actually pretty good timing.
And I’m really lazy. I know I made this goal for a reason.. I just have to find the courage to get out in the cold and breathe the fresh air. And get healthy before school goes back.

I’ve been exercising in some form everyday since June 20th and i’ve lost 12 pounds. so yeah. its working pretty damn good for me.
I’m trying to lose a total of 94 pounds, and now i’ve only got 82 more left to go. haha only. well i’ve got 82 more pounds left to lose which will put me at my goal weight of 110 pounds.

Hmmm….I feel as though I’m updating too frequently. Today I took an hour long spinning class. It was amazing. Tomorrow won’t be so hardcore because of the job and I also have a test to prepare for. :(

Went to the gym today. Ran, jogged, and walked for 40 minutes. Hope to increase workout time to a full hour.

this is soooo not going the way i hoped. i’m going to my schools gym tomorrow, so i can get back into the swing of things. i have a goal to lose 15 pounds, so that means cardio cardio cardio.

I took on a new job task that involves walking the entire plant at least once a week! That will be great.
This week I ran/walked 8km 7 days in a row then didn’t run yesterday because it was raining and I was depressed. Today it is still raining but I’m putting on some warm clothes and doing my run. I have lost 2 pounds!
