i’ve been going for two days straight now.. not very much exercise, because i haven’t gotten off my butt in a few months, and my endurance is pretty much shot. yesterday i did 15 minutes on the elliptical, today i did ten on the elliptical and ten minutes of lunges. hopefully i can work my way up to fifteen minutes of lunges and forty five minutes to an hour on the elliptical, but i’m trying to take it day by day.

How I did it: Started to walk the Dog every morning, every day for an hour, even christmas day and the surrounding days, i suggest getting a halti if your dog doesnt keep rubbing its nose on everyone it sees, otherwise get a good pets at home harness, there is a bit of pulling but he doesnt rub his nose on people Read how I did it…
How I did it: I decided to stop being lazy. Of course it's tough when ou first start out, but after time you learn to cope. It's only been a month of working out everyday, and already I feel more lively and I noticed my abs getting toned and my arms as well. I can't wait to see further progress. Read how I did it…

Back on track – don’t stop!!!
I’ve been doing yoga every day for a week and was really feeling good about it. I was going to add in walking/jogging this week but had a leg biopsy today and can’t exercise for 10 days. Very frustrating!

Finally, back on track after 3 weeks of laziness and problems!
i need to get motivated and start working out regularly. this baby weight is freaking me out. someone asked me if i was pregnant the other day…i was mortified.
heshta going to start making dinner.
I worked out 5 days in a row at the gym! I joined in May, but I have not really used it. This week I worked with a trainer 3 times (part of a package deal), and even though it’s totally amazing to work with a trainer, it’s too expensive to do all the time. I’m so sore and probably overdid it today. I have the worst headache. I’m probably dehydrated, and it’s taking a while to get back to normal. Anyway, in September I start working out with a group of people 3 times a week. It’s 2 strength training sessions and one cardio per week. It’s a twelve week program. I’ll fill in the gaps with the treadmill or neighborhood walk/jog.
Good luck everyone! =)

Okay, so I’m walking a lot but I want to get more active still.
I think I may wanna ride a bike or play football or go running. I have the energy for it and it is important!
