How I did it: I've been meaning for a long time to start exercising and now I do sit-ups, lift the odd weight and push-ups - feel better!

Takes about 40 minutes and is good for me – I’m gonna continue with it. Plus walking off in the evening is alright too.

After I made up 35 things on my list, I went for a walk to think about when else I could put on my list (and also to take some pictures of the forest), and I come across a good friend who just says he wants to exercise with me (destiny alert!). That would mean I could complete this task and also “Help out a friend in need” off my list by the end of the summer already. Score.
1. Take shoes and such to work.
2. Scope out the local gym.
3. Set a time to go—just after work.
4. Write down your intention to go in day planner on desk.
5. Go!!
So I was not doing this at all, though I really wanted to. As of right now I’ve gone to the gym Three days in a row. So hopefully i’ll keep going!!

i tried the eliptical and i really like it! i can feel the burn in my butt and hamstrings! yeah! it’s totally non-impact and also is weight-bearing for muscle and bone building.
