become a brunette again

Said bye bye to my lovely blonde locks on saturday. Its still a bit of a shock looking into the mirror and being brunette now! Funny how quickly you get used to things..

The new dark brown colour is really nice.. but fading quickly. One wash has already caused it to lighten a shade or two. I was told to expect that though.

Looking forward to healthier (and cheaper) hair from now on in! =)

I have a cut and colour booked for next saturday. Im a little bit scared!!

I really like my blond hair but i want a change… so im hoping to book an appointment for a colour in the next coming week. Brunette here we come!

Ok so ive taken a slip backwards with this goal.. as yesterday i went to the hairdresser and got my hair covered with blonde/caramel foils again. Hehe.

Anyway, i’ve decided i may take another approach to this goal soon: just go the whole hog and die it all over brown. Im afraid of that mousy-brown in-between colour. I’d rather it just be straight blonde, or straight brown.

Took my first step in going back… when i went for my foils yesterday i got her to make half of them a medium brown. It blends in nicely and gives the impression of my hair being a few shades darker. I like it.

Was talking to my hairdresser today about going back to brunette (by the way, this was in the middle of her bleaching my hair blonde once more).

I’ve decided this will be the last time. Next appointment i will get her to put in some brown foils along with the current caramel and blonde. We will slowly add more and more till i get back to my natural brown. I shouldn’t be too worried. I have till October to do this. 10 months = plenty of time!!!

Now iv had so many compliments this week about how nice my blonde hair looks, that im thinking twice about going back so soon. Its nice to be complimented for such a drastic change!

Oh well, i guess ill see what my mood is after summer.

Just died my hair quite blonde recently. Im liking the new look, especially now that its summer. But its a lot to keep up, and all the time spent at the hairdressers is becoming expensive.

I miss my dark hair a little bit. I think its more “me”. I mean, blonde is fun and sexy, but brunette is sexy in a different way.

My before an after picture will show you the difference between my natural, and the colour iv just become. Im yet to decide when i’ll go dark again, i still want to get my money’s worth and enjoy being blonde a little bit longer. After summer i’ll gradually go back to my natural brown again. I hope it doesnt totally stuff my hair!!

I’ll stay this way for awhile… until I dye it red again in a month or two
