How I did it: One day I was home on a day off and had nothing to do. I have a gym membership that I pay for monthly and never use. so i decided to call them up and get the trainer's schedule and he was there that day. So i made an appointment and got in there. He showed me the ropes and I feel at ease with the machines now. after working out, i got an incredible high! I felt like I was walking on air!!! Read how I did it…

So my boyfriend took me rollerblading…I’m not at all an expert yet, but I didn’t fall once. YAAAAAAAAY! I plan go out again soon!

well i have been more active last month not by going to the gym or what not but playing tennis with my sis and frisbee…and when I say frisbee I mean “frisbee” where yer actually running and diving after the thing instead of stand there and hoping it would come to you lol
This weeks been really good actually…
I make sure to walk my dog everyday instead of my parents.
I go biking and take walks in the trails of the park.
I feel happy about my “weely” progress, it’s been
consistent and I am proud of myself.

I’ve decided that I will walk two days out of the week. This is in addition to the yoga class. I will get in shape. It’s now or never. Hahahaha
I’m not good at motivating myself to exercise but really want to spend less time sitting on the sofa watching TV! I want to go on more walks and aim to go on at least one per week.
I just want to get out there and experience different things. I want to box, horseback ride, and play tennis. I’m not really into sports, but why not?

over the years I haven’t been as physically active as I’d like to be. Well it wasn’t consistent. When I think of being physically active I think of strenuous exercise, so then I let it slide and don’t do s*t…I’m tired to doing less than minimal to get by. I want to feel good about my body, my choices, my lifestyle.
Someone wrote an entry about planning activities. I never considered that or followed through is more like it.
I would love to join a volleyball team…go swimming, doing laps in the morning, bellydancing…let’s see where this all goes.

I would be down w/ Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Biking, Canoe/Kayaking, Hiking.
yay started being more active – not sure how long it will last mind.. but it’s a start. Gym 2-3 times a week, and swimming once a week plus the occasional exercises at home as it can’t be any more convenient than that!
