it’s not like i’m a sailor, but if you realize it the little words like.. pissed, damn, ass are just trashy sounding. there is no need for it and the countless other words that don’t need to be mentioned. i did really well with this, didn’t let any word slip at all for a little over a week. i’ll just keep improving. i’ll replace it with more appropriate words… but the only time i’ll TRULY be proud is when im angry or upset and i don’t let any word slip. That will be progress! :)

Gotta not swear. I have fallen into the crappy habit of swearing to myself. It spilled over last week in an entry on here (bad day). I just think its a bad example, and all it does is make one more negative.
Now I have to find creative words to replace them with, like names of vegetables and candy and stuff. I just don’t want the vocab of my 83 year old grandmother. Must be witty…
