rite well i have set myself a challenge!! to loose 21 pounds!! im goin to carry a box of fruit wit me everywhere i got to keep my metabolism goin!! im NOT eatin
1. Fat
2. sugar
3. nasty carbs!!!!
4. most food in genral lol
I AM GOIN TO EAT
1. fresh fruit
2. frech veg
3. diet pills
I WILL B DRINKING
1. green tea
2. diet soda
3. water (atleast 2.5lts a day)
I will weigh myself every 1/2 days (yeas i have a obsession wit me weight ) and i will post starting weight, current weight an mini-goal weight and final goal on every post!!
so im going to bed now and its a fresh start 2moz!! 20 lbs to go

getting there slowwwly…
am focusing now more on
healthy eating rather than
being on a ‘diet’ as such…
though i find i do lapse
when it comes to my coffee
break..
downfalls – sugar in coffee &
also way to many cappacinos in work!
not drinking enough water
definately not enough excercise..
Plan – keep a daily food diary
and prepare/shop for food weekly.
making lunch for work th nite b4
is a good idea.. try to look forwar
to a healthy lunch..
EXERCISE.. to start off.. even 20mins
a day..

update.. doin ok.. bringing salads
to work and eating proper meals..
low gi diet is v practical..
taking multivits and focusing
on healthy food rather than dieting..
not diving in to the buiscuit tin
or buying chocolate anymore..
plan- keep going and start exercising
more… i need to exercise to burn fat..
but overall im doin ok..

so far so good this week..
got motivation from buying
a book on low GI diet..
nice receipes which make
sense.. had read about the
diet before which focuses
on certain foods and how
much energy we get from them..
packed a healthy lunch today
and have had good breakfasts
both mornings.. had one setback
yesterday evening and bought
a bar of chocolate which i ate
in the car on the way home
from work..
goal – to start cooking more
for myself.. i have found this
a good motivator in the past..
having more of an interest in
my diet helps to keep me focused..

im finding it much harder to
do this task than id planned!
rite now i come home from
work and crash in front of tv..
eating habits are really bad
and ive gained weight rather
than loose it!
plan – start again with original plan!

my main problem with managing my weight is
starting to make changes!
however… as soon as i enter a routine
im pretty good with it…
haven’t exercised properly in over 4wks
now and have lapsed back in to snacking..
AIM – 3/4 proper gym workouts a week
prepare myself for exercise by bringing gym gear
to work so i can go straight from work..
Food.. stick to healthy low fat diet mon-fri and have treats at the weekends/ cut down on tea/coffee and drink more
water/ stop heading for the biscuit/bread tin and head for fruit basket/bring healthy lunch to work..
