Pieholden_sweet is working like a punk
I have been working slowly and now I no longer eat cows or pigs! The next on the list is chicken and then finally seafood. Right now I eat meat about once a week, so I have cut way back from when I started.

WELL, i DID IT!!!! Man, first of all, it feels SOOOOO GOOD to actually have accomplished this goal. It’s really not that hard, and at this point i really can offer some advice if you want it. I am so happy to no longer be contributing to the unnecessary suffering of animals, not to mention waste of natural resources, pollution, etc in raising animals for food…I still eat eggs and cheese, but i’m even considering checking on the living conditions of the source animals. I’m now only buying eggs marked “certified humane”, (which is not the same as simply “free range”), and as wacky as my friends think i am, i’m seriously looking into visiting the local dairy farms and only buying products from those i find humane.
So! You can do it!!! Also, I have to recommend the magazine Vegetarian Times, for great veggie recipes and moral support!
Good luck to you all!
