Most stretching exersizes bore me. They aren’t active enough. I couldn’t stick with Yoga, too slow. I need to find something that stretches me out but makes me bust my butt too..

This is definetly going to take a loooooooooooooooooooooong time. I’ll give it a try though. I have started doing Yoga twice a week… I haven’t done it yet this week… but I’ll start again tomorrow, since I will have the time. I also do Karate (which involves stretching!) and other sports.
I may start doing stretches before bed, Im just worried I’ll hurt myself, since I don’t like to make a lot of noise warming up. It’s risky. So I just prefer not to do it. But who know.. maybe someone on here can correct or advise me ;)
