llong is growing slowly but surely
I ran only probably 100 yards, but it was fun!!!
Not nearly as cold as one would think!

so, well. it fun but it kinda hurts…? hahahah. yeah. i ran barefoot one time and then the second time i just went in my socks. but i want to go outside in the snow in my bathingsuit soon; before winter is ovahhhh. yeeep.
I did this once accidentally as a kid. I was too little to figure out how to put on the rubber boots over my shoes ( Think I was about 4) and so I went out in the snow in just the rubber boots. After walking down the driveway, one of my boots got sucked in by the snow. I couldn’t fish it out and so I ran back to the house. On the way back, my other boot got sucked up and I ran back to the house barefoot.
It hurt like HELL. It felt like a million bees had stung the bottoms of my feet. It was beyond cold, and yet my feet were burning. I can’t fully describe the pain. It was awful.
I also got in big trouble for going outside before everyone woke up without permission, running barefoot in the snow and losing my boots in the snow. Just bad all around
sounds a lot of fun. sadly, we don’t have a winter season in our country so no luck of having snow and doing this pretty soon. i’m gonna have to wait until i visit a country where there’s one…
so this happened last winter… i think it was our first snow; it was hardly more than a frost, there was like an inch of snow but i got all excited and ran outside barefoot… that lasted about ten seconds. that was pretty cold.
It was sort of involuntary, actually. I was coming in last night, dressed up like a pharaohess for our Walk Like An Egyptian lip sync, and all of a sudden I realize I am ankle-deep in snow.
So I promptly did the only thing I could think of.
I walked like an Egyptian.
that running around barfoot in the snow is fun…
but if you have a hot tub…
and you get in the hot tub and boil…
then you jump out and roll in the snow…
then jump back in the hot tub…
its quite fun…
its like going from a hot tub to a pool…
only the temperatures are much more different…
=D
