"Comforting to recognize that I actually do like myself. "

How I did it: When I wrote my list, I found it easy to call on the words that best describe me. The experience left me feeling comforted and grateful. 

There are parts of me that I'm so happy to own! The ones I've been disowning just need some loving attention so they can transform into greatness. You know, like procrastinator can grow some wings and be a doer!

 It's up to me. I have the power to change. And the will! Flaws and all; at the end of the day, their is no one I would rather be than me. I just look forward to being my "best me!"  I'm on that journey.

Lessons & tips: So many of the words I used, have been told to me repeatedly throughout my entire life, but I listed them because I know them to be true; not because of others perceptions. If you literally drop down into your heart, you can feel your very own essence. And something I learned about a year ago, is that these attributes? They aren't even really yours. They are gifts from God. We've all been uniquely gifted with these traits so we can make our greatest contributions. Just listen. You KNOW who you are.
