I have been thinking about this for months now… I am going on holiday in Sept and my belly resembles a lump of dough. I weigh the correct weight for my height and I cannot afford really to lose much, but this thing is just hanging off my front like a third boob – and I HATE IT!!!! I know that it is unlikely that it will be gone by sept, and I know the answer is exercise, but, I just cant motivate myself. Anyone with advise??
