iv not been dieting fr 2 mnths frm naw but ws regular on my wrkouts..so i am gonaweight in tomrrw nd i jus hope it is not increased 6 months ago
Sigh. I used to be able to eat anything and stay slim but as I get older this approach is not working anymore!!
I think the main meals I eat are fairly healthy, I do all my own cooking, use lots of fruit and vegies and pack my own lunches.
But I snack on cake, biscuits & sugary drinks a lot between meals. I also just eat A LOT compared t other girls. For some reason my appetite has become incredible… I think 3 months at home unemployed earlier in the year meant I was constantly eating and just got used to more food.
About 2 months ago I made a rule of no ice-cream or milk chocolate kept in the house and we’re only drinking sugar free lemonade now. If they’re here in the house I just have no self control. I’m still buying some sweet biscuits to go with cups of tea but fairly plain ones so I’m not eating them that quickly.
I think the next thing to do is stop buying cake and sugary drinks after work just because I ‘feel tired’ or it’s been a difficult day. It really is a pathetic excuse!
Plus a bit more walking and jogging. I’m definitely doing less walking since I started this new job. 7 months ago
going thru bzy schedule din wrkd ou for 10 day nd nw startd again nd got my periods also ..so i probable be doing frm tuesday the real wrkout ..nd today is10-6-12 ill give my self 10 day to weight and then again 10 more days to check again :( wish me luck 7 months ago
How I did it: very slowly and enjoying it, trying a lot of new recipes, discovering new tastes, and finding exercise ways that I really enjoy
I was already happy -at long last- with the way I looked and then I said: why not lose 10kg? I could do that in one year... why not? but it wasn't this big thing anymore, where all my self worth seemed to depend on it.
I really liked weight watchers (the newest points system), and the motivation strategies they use. That has helped me in other areas as well!
Things like set a goal, write it down, visualize it, break it down into smaller milestones, one step at a time, look for support, think positive, see what you already have accomplished so far, cut yourself some slack... Read how I did it… 2 years ago
im actualy not so happy iv expected my weight to be around 62. sumthng but its ok i guess its my water weight or sumthng.I realy feel that im going loser to my goal im very crazy about it nd sumtyms its too hard fr me to wrkout cz im into running only and sumtym abs also .Sometimes i feel that its realy hard nd i shud skip but u wont trust mee m so mch stressed evn if i dont want to do my wrkout thm also it comes frm inside of me that i hv to i need to wrkout and m surprised that evn during my periods i did my wrkout not harder bt yes fr 45 mints atleast.Today is 30th nd i weighed late bcz of my periods i always chek my weight after i get over it cz durin that time ur body is heavy naturaly heavy. so my next mnth target is realy realy gonna be 62 kgs fingers crossed or less i realy dieing to c me 62 or less …so next mnth wwhen im gona weight in il again write an ebtry about nd it and trust after writing all this i feel so great 8 months ago
cheers i have been wrking, out cheating on diets…praying hard…nd naw iv been awarded by loosing 1kg nd my current weight is 63.800 so im weighting to drop off those 3 kgs more :D 9 months ago
