It was wonderful. I felt so good. I did at home with a video. It wasn’t Windsor but it was ok. Windsor is my favorite though. I was a little sore in my abs and hips the next day but it’s all good. Maybe I’ll do it again tonight.
The other night me and two of my friends were sitting in the floor talking. One of my friends started stretching and this guy had said something to her bout being flexible. So me and my other friend started stretching too. I was like ok. I got you watch this. I was sitting with my legs like I was doing the butterfly stretch. Then all of a sudden I spread my legs all the way apart like I was doing the splits, I fell forward with my face on the ground, then I pulled myself up with no hands. Everybody was just looking at me like DAMN!!! lol. It was funny though. But in my head I was thinking thanks pilates. And I need to start doing it more.
I love doing pilates. I love the way I feel afterwards. I used to do it all the time. Well, I never actually went to a real session or anything. But I had the Mari Winsor Pilates DVD and I loved it. At first I hated it because it was to difficult for me to breathe and hold my “core muscles” in and all that. But the more I did it the easier it became for me. Then I got a job and I stayed gone all the time and I didn’t have the time to do it. But now I have a different job that gives me more time and I think that’s how I’m going to use it.
