I’m starting to think I must like the “saggy breast look”. And I say that ‘cause on several occasions I’ve been in Belk, Hechts and Victoria Secrets, even had the nerve to be in the bra section, even had my daughter measured and I didn’t bother to get myself measured. Oh well, such is life, maybe one day I can come on here and report that I know my true bra size. Or perhaps I may just give this goal up and try again next year. I won’t beat up on myself, at least I have the good common sense not to let girls “run” loose, now that would indeed be a crime! LOL!!
How to get fitted for the right size bra
How I did it: Clearly, my bra was not fitting. I took a good hard look in the mirror and I could see that the girls were in need of a change. So, I did a little investigation with friends, and they recommended I go to either a locally owned lingerie specialty shop that was famous for fitting, OR Nordstrom department store. I chose Nordstrom, and walked out with two of the most expensive bras I have ever owned in my life. Made a difference in the fit of my clothes and in the way my figure looks. The straps are no longer cutting into my shoulders. Why did I wait so long?

I know that I really need to do this, but I’m a little scared of what my true size might be. Right now I’m wearing a 44DD, but it doesn’t offer much support and occassionally I have side and top spillage. I know a good fitting bra should lift and separate, instead of merely providing coverage and letting the girls lay. I have ridges in my shoulders that make it impossible for me to wear anything strapless! I wonder can I do something to make them disappear. Anywho, one day I will break down and go get fitted. Maybe since I just put this goal out in cyberspace I’ll stop dragging me feet and accomplish this goal.
