I have just given over my two Jo Badpenny novels over to my Literary Agent to sell. The next book is set in Monaco – I will have to fulfil my ambition to get it written.

FastGurl is wanting to move to the Cote d'Azur
This is a haven to experience. It may be one of the most perfect places I have ever been. You feel safe. Every thing is beautiful. Service is absolutely amazing. And I found that the food was 25-30% cheaper than Paris. This is my top choice destination, hands down. In fact, I would really like to move to this area or somewhere in the Cote D’azur in the very near future. The olives! The tomatoes! The fish!!!!! C’est fantastique!
I went to Monte Carlo as I had to meet a director of one bank there while I did financial journalism. Monte Carlo was a bit like Disneyland! lol But everything was so glamorous. I loved it! And I´ve never seen so many Ferraries per square-metre! I also saw some celebrities drinking coffee in a posh hotel´s restaurant just next to me.

I am still hoping for an invite to go to Monaco so I can write my third Jo Badpenny book. At the moment I cannot aford it – far too poor to go to the play place of millionaires.

I would like to go to Monaco to write a book, but I can’t afford it.
Monaco is very small but very clean and nice. I rode in a taxi around the loop the F1 guys race.
I used a random number generator to select a number between 1 and 1000, and used that number in conjunction with the book “1000 Places to Go Before you Die” (or something like that), and it came up with Monaco.
However, I’ve decided to wait until at least 2008, because apparently France is going to be implementing an anti-smoking law in 2008 that will affect pubs & restaurants. I really hate smoking in pubs & restaurants, so I’m going to hold out until that law is in place.
Been there a couple times. Great place. Lots of money around there – fancy cars, butlers out walking their employer’s dog, cops on every corner even though nothing bad seems to happen there. If you visit, be sure to check out the palace, the car museum, the oceangraphic institute, the church where Princess Grace is buried, hotel de paris, and the hermitage.
Oh, and the helicopter ride over the Mediterranean from Monte Carlo to Nice was awesome!
Monaco is like Manhattan jammed onto the Riviera. I wondered what all the people were doing there, and then found out it was Grand Prix.
