How I did it: At last! I found a wonderful article that helped me make it.
This was one of my most difficult goals and I'm so relieved to finally mark it done.
I'll link the article, but you'll see, that basically it solved my problem: sounds great vs. too demanding. Also the blogger's idea of a perfect day is very close to mine, so it was really easy to use it as a guide. Read how I did it… 9 months ago

I have planned 3 days based on the elements my perfect day should consist of. And alas only one could be completed. The other 2 were too demanding to be carried out. So I’m thinking of combining some of the elements. Because I’m sometimes too tired to carry out actions that would or rather should make me happy. Weird, isn’t it? That the happiness factor does not make me happy, it feels like a nuance. 17 months ago

So my plan for a perfect day consists of the following elements:
Something new (acquisition, knowledge, adventure)
Energy for a healthy lifestyle
Work (since I have a job I can’t just leave this out)
Time (especially for myself)
Happiness factor
Inspiration
Setting (home and favourite places)
My surroundings play a very impostant part in my life. It can greatly influence my mood so it’s kind of crucial that I help myself be happier and more cheerful and positive by creating the perfect setting. 18 months ago

Okay, I did make a plan, but so far I haven’t followed it through. I’ll keep making plans until they don’t only sound great and glamourous, but can be carried out and are enjoyable. 18 months ago
