learn systema

I was introduced to Systema by a dear friend and LOVE IT! What I like the most is whatever the martial art background, I can use Systema along with it and apply it in whatever way I choose to. I am just learning the ropes, but the mere fact that there is no ranks, no “technique” per se, just DO IT and see what happens approach is exciting, challenging and can’t get enought of it. My commitment was sealed when I signed up for a 4 day seminar in Canada with one of the founders of Systema. Can’t wait!!

Looks pretty interesting, I’ve always wanted to learn something like this. May be useful later in life :D

seems pretty badass, i’d like to learn it

I’ve been thinking of learning systema since my friend started it about a year ago. Maybe it would even help me attain my other goals. I think I’m mainly interested in systema as I’ve studied russian for years and am maybe a bit of a slavophile.
