in my room it’s so easy to cheat and say “i’ve done 20 minutes..that’s enough. CSI is on” whereas in a studio i can put the outside world away for an hour and really chill. Totally worth doing.

I have dvds, but i really want to attend classes just to get out a bit more and be more disciplined. Plus, the classes are on the other side of town, so it would be a change of scenery.I live pretty much in just one area of town now, and i feel like i ‘neglect’ the areas i used to live in, if that makes any sense?
