How do you spell success? Q-U-E-S-A-D-I-L-L-A!
Vegetarian quesadilla, to be precise.

I’m an awful cook. Mostly because I am too lazy to work at it. I make a mean baklava though, and I can handle the typical brownie or cookie recipe. I want to cook a meal though, with side dishes, etc.
This weekend I made bruschetta. That’s a start.
Okay, so I tried to cook spag bog again and this time it was well. I had salad (no chance of burning!). I am very proud of finishing this goal.
I tried cooking spaghetti bog the other night. Unfortunately everything was severely overcooked. I burnt the veggies and even had time to make the second lot very tasteless. The pasta was practically inedible, but the mince part was actually quite nice. However this attempt wasn’t good enought to cross this goal off my list :(
I attempted to cook white rice. Came out too wet and way too much! (Luckily, my bf was hungry enough to eat more.)
We wanted some curry chicken, so we tried curry paste. It was too runny at first, then it started to evaporate and we were left with.. not much.
The soup was easy.
The food was still really nice though.
I predict another dinner date in 2 weeks!
My beau and I made dinner the other day. We had chicken bolognese and more chicken!
It wasn’t very successful but we really bonded.
The next time, I want us to truly enjoy the food.
With the help of my slow cooker i make a lovley stew plus i can now make chicken curry with rice. Im not a brill cook but i can cook a meal.
made two meals for my family after my husband wanted to eat out due to no food. I made good meals with my nothing in the frig.
