It was awesome! I’m living in Seattle but leaving soon to my country – Brazil. So me and my friends went to Aberdeen, which is just 2 hours from Seattle and visit the famous bridge and his house. We took so many pictures, and I’ve got so excited because I love Nirvana and Kurt since I was 14, maybe… so I just remembered how much I listened to all his songs and collected so many pictures and informations about the band. It was very very worth, and maybe one day I can go back there… :)

I did this almost a decade ago. We visited Aberdeen and my brother asked for some information on something related to Cobain (I cannot recall what) and the lady in the visitor center seemed a bit annoyed. She directed us elsewhere. We ended up at a muffler shop where an artist had created a statue of Cobain out of concrete. After that, we headed to the bridge Kurt used to hang out under, over the river his ashes were dumped in. I think it’s something to worth doing if your in the area. However, if as a nirvana fan you never make it, you are not missing much.

My Musical Hero 3 years ago

It really made me have mixed emotions.I was really sad to be standing there looking at his resting place, but I also was sort of glad I could show my gratitude toward his inspirational life time. It is something Kurt’s fans MUST do.

I love him so much i could listen to his music forever.he is so carefree and humble he seems like he could shut everything off and just concentrate on the music his music.he is my favourite person in the world i wish i could have meet him it’s such a shame that he died i am indecisive on how i think he died sometimes i think how could he have possible killed himself his daughter he isn’t like that and then other times i think the opposite like the fame and certain people in his life drove him to this domineering wemon kurt and courtney sid and nancy john and yoko.humble pure caring simple men who have been destroyed by wemon who are jealous and decietful.it is such a shame there isn’t anyway to describe it other than a great loss a shame. But then i think after all that ive said how can i say this i never knew kurt these wemon knew these men they were inside their minds who am i to pass judgment on these tragic events.i have NO RIGHT.no right at all to even think these things.but i have a right to say i love you kurt cobain i miss you.xxx
