i’ve decided that this goal is no longer appropriate to have on the list. if i start eating clean and exercising, having more energy will be a natural result.
im sleepy and tired all the time. i think the biggest problem is that i spend too much time indoors and i sleep irregularily. more cardio, drinking water and having a more balanced diet should help as well.
i go to school still and i’ve found that i’m really not motivated any more. i’m hating it and think a large part of that is the fact that i’m really tired and lazy all the time. I guess if i’m going to do this i should go to sleep now! i have to get up in 8 hours! (and trust me it’s 9 or nothing)
I really need to go buy some. A bowl of this, a few early nights and a little less stress at work and I’m fine. One out of three is a good start I think.
ive realized that one of the keys to improving energy is to go to bed when im feeling tired… like now!
its really bad for me but i realise that when i need a quick energy boost i just need coffee. downside to this is i end up feeling really tired later on!

..and despite the snotfest and thudding head I was sprightly, cheery, relaxed and relatively full of beans.
One and a half days back at work so far and already my back is crunching with tension, my eyes are burning with tiredness and I am panicking about where I’ll find the brain/body energy to do this week’s homework, go on Saturday’s course and keep myself and my surroundings relatively fed and clean. Last night I was so tired I nearly cried when I couldn’t find a worksheet I’d been given at college the night before. Totally irrational.
So I think maybe I’ve worked out what’s draining my energy, then. Huh.

I have been tired and out of energy for years now and I am “tired” of it…
So now I am going to try some things to get out of this vicious circle of bad sleep and tiredness. Maybe this will help..
My steps are:
1. No caffeine or other stimulants in the afternoon or evening.
2. Rewind and relax at least one hour before trying to sleep.
3. Get up same time everymorning.
4. Get out for at least 20 min during the day.
5. Work out at least twice a week.
6. Healthy diet.
