Stop being hyper-sensitive 8 months ago

I take this for granted, and never believe it if somebody pointed it out – I am overly sensitive to any personal comment. I don’t want to feel this way anymore and will actively work to change that about me.

a. Facing criticism: Everything seems magnified when I hear criticism about myself. Next time I am faced with this, I will accept it, if its meant as a joke and make a witty comment (even if its in my head) to laugh it off. Nobody ever launches a personal assault, at least not everyday.

b. Learn to take a compliment: If somebody wishes me well or praises me, I will not shrug it off, as if it were by chance, but instead, I will say “thank you” and stop ruminating about it. I don’t have to feel guilty about being good. Instead, I will be happy and celebrate it.

c. Learn to enjoy movies and comedies, not in a temporal sense, but actually enjoy the experience so I can remember it at a later time: Sense of humor can only be active if you stop focusing on yourself.

And I’m going to die very soon! (I’m 18 and I’ve got maximum 70 years more…)

So, why why why…
not accepting the funny ways of being a human and not enjoying it!

just close your eyes and think all the ironi in the world…
How small we are and our life period, aren’t they?
