create a comic book

I have come up with a new idea/plot for a serialized comic. It will be best served in the manga style and I look forward to teaming up with an artist to make this happen.

The other, a darker sci-fi story, has been shelved for the moment; however, an artist is definitely in the wings for this title. Honestly, I just need to blow the dust off the piece and flesh out the script and we can get to pencils.

The artist is finishing up the last page, which he is unhappy about hence it taking a long time. I’m looking for a scanner and spoke to some small labels at Wizard World that gave me some good feedback. So I’m looking realistically at October for having the comic in my hands.
We’ve already started hashing out our next book, which will go a lot quicker. I have the about a 1/3 of the story and thumbnails done, so it’s up to him. We hope to have two books done for Wizard World Philadelphia next summer.

Months ago, I completed this goal!

i like to draw to draw and write and i think i’m pretty good at it. so it might be a fun escapade. its purely for self-fullfillment though, cuz i’m not a big comic-book fan

I could still try to create a comic book. I have the ideas, a cool program in which I could build it, but frankly I don’t see putting that much effort into something that won’t make me money or have that much reward in the end.
