Had to take a while off from this goal due to a sholder injury. I’m back in the game again now. I do a routine consisting off 30 chin ups 3 times a week. I’m not quite at 20 consecutive but not far off either. Theres light at the end of the tunnel, this goal is almost complete.

Well I’m upto 12 as of yesterday. I’m hoping to be over my cold be Sunday so I can give this some real effort.
