Hooping with my LED hoop today was very powerful. The mesmerizing colors seem to really help me completely tuned in and connected. Resulting in one of the best hooping sessions I’ve had so far. 15 months ago

The past two days the weather has been absolutely lovely; so I’ve been outside hooping. But, I don’t feel connected at all. I’m having a lot of trouble getting into it. Maybe it’s because I don’t feel completely comfortable hooping out in front of all my neighbors, but I’ve been feeling better about that lately. But I feel like it’s more because I do the same moves over and over and over. I can’t think of anything else to do, but that might be the problem; I’m thinking too much. Maybe I just need to find the right music, I think that’s a big part of it.
I have such a hard time loosing myself and getting into it. It’s actually pretty depressing..
Though, almost every time without fail, the rain makes me just loose myself in the hoop. And I feel completely connected. (That is if it isn’t too cold out) But, the sunshine is sooo comforting and beautiful and nostalgic, I need to work on finding a way to connect otherwise. 15 months ago
