How to take a photo every day"I still doing this project through a Flickr group."
How I did it: I keep a compact camera (Caonon Powershot G9) with me almost everywhere I go. I mainly shoot micro and outdoor shoots of buildings, flowers, and just interesting objects and scenes that are interesting to me. Lessons & tips: There's two types of daily photographs that people seem to take: One is like a photo diary that represents what their day is like. Others try to take more serious or artful shots. Or a combination of both. There are many challenging days when you may not be able to find anything to photograph, so lower your expections. If you do this project seriously on daily basis, you willl get a few great photos that you might not get if you didn't shoot on a daily basis. Resources: Flickr Project 365

tangerine_now Must. Not. Edit.
How I did it: The camera was my constant companion. It still is. It is in my bag at all times. There are so many things around us that are worth snapping a picture of. Sometimes I wished I had 'camera eyes' meaning that I would not have to take my camera out etc. because by then the moment would be past. Keeping a camera close by is the next best thing. How I did it: I carried a small digital camera in my purse so I almost always had it with me. Also, I allowed myself the time to slow down & look at everyday things in a different way. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started out by setting a reminder in my phone and I would take a picture of the place i happened to be in at the time, then as time went on I started seeing more things I wanted to take pictures of, so the cycle of taking pictures of everything just kinda took over on its own. The hardest part was starting. Never knowing what to take a picture of, not knowing if it would be appropriate to take a camera out, and simply rememb… Read how I did it…
How I did it: A friend issued a 'Pic a Day' challenge and I thought I'd go for it. I realised early on that pressures of time would mean that my photos for some days would be quick snaps of rather boring things. Acquiring a camera phone part way through the year certainly helped, meaning I didn't have to have my larger camera with me. My daily photos can be seen here. The result is a collection of images that remind me of each day - and even the really … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I pulled my camera out every time I saw something I wanted to remember. Pictures are the best way to document your life so you don't forget the moments that keep passing us by. Read how I did it…

hecate_dracul She's a phony...but she's a real phony.
I began trying to take a picture everyday in April 2008. Through 43Things, I stumbled on this site called ShutterCal.com It is a place for you to upload and share your picture a day with friends, family and the other members. Since the layout looks like a calendar, it’s very easy to look back on your days. I don’t know if I would have finished a 365 project were it not for ShutterCal.
