always been a goal of mine..im too lazy to reach it though..we’ll see how long this one stays on here..2 years later it’ll still probably be here lol..
Well, I’m only 5’ 2” so 99 lb is healthy for me. I don’t want to be unhealthy or dangerously skinny I just want to feel good in my skin.
So my start weight is 113.5 lb and I’m going try to do this the healthy way. I’m expecting to only lose a pound every week so in 14 weeks hopefully I will be done.
like my title says, this goal was so worth doing….for me. I am only 5 foot so i appear perfectly healthy at 99 pounds, but for someone way taller than me, it might look very unhealthy. Im not judging anyone, this is your choice of what you want to be. FOLLOW YOUR ASPIRATIONS & GO FOR IT. the feeling of accomplishing a goal so hard-such as this one-gives you a terrific feeling of “I CAN DO ANYTHING.” pretty cheesy, i know, but still.
i weight like 123 lbs and im 5’2’’ 99 pounds just seems like the perfect weight for me. ive never been skinny ive always been chubby and chunky. i really want this more than anything.
ive been trying to lose this weight and fat since like 6th grade.
and im in 10th now….haha
now that its a new year it just seems like the perfect opportunity to start fresh!!
if anyone knows a way to lose 24 fast please share!!
or just some tips!

Ok, time to start. Basically looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. Obviously. This is by no means evidence of an ED or and impending one. The confidence just flows when the body’s in check, you feel me?!
No more bread products. Damn, been eating that stuff like there ain’t no tomorrow. I’ve done well with not buying junk food though! No sweets either.
That appears to be achievable.
