get my own house

I bought my house at the wrong time. I was clueless before and fell into this trap. I thought I could afford it, but it was a mistake. Now I have interest only payments and it’s been 2 years already and I still owe the same amount of money, but the current value fell from hundreds.

It’s a big lesson learned for me. I probably will end up renting my house out. Foreclosure and short selling is always an option but I don’t really want to ruin my credit history.

hmmm. it still seems so far fetched. i’m nowhere close to achieving any mark on getting my own house. but i am positive i’ll make it

All of my personal stuff besides clothes are at a cleaners and have been there since april cause of a house fire we had. We ( my family ) have a house in the country now but my room there is empty cause my parents don’t want to move anything into this house till the old house is done cause we are moving back into it. Well at this temperary new house it is so plain and I have no where to sleep besides a small uncomfortable bed. So most of the time I have been pretty much living with my boyfriend.. But there isn’t really room for mine and his stuff there either and everything is always so cluttered I have no where to put anything because space is so limited. Its starting to make me physically ill. I just want me and my boyfriend to have our own house, (that we can rent) with our own stuff and plenty of space for the both of us so we can live comfortably!

I get so frustrated when I see homes for sell,
and my husband and I are still wasting money on a
little 2 bed, 1 bath apartment.
I hope to have my own home soon so that I can get a
dog to play freely in my backyard while my hubby
is grilling something tasty on the grill. OHHH what a dream!

it was easier than i thought..

Well, it´s a rental, but it´s my own place. Some day I´ll be an owner…
