Ok now I’m slightly bored of this goal! I wonder if exuding confidence 100% of the time is humanly possible? Maybe I’m asking too much; people have to feel doubts and insecurities at some point in life right?

The problem with exuding confidence to me (and maybe for you too) is not being surrounded with people who support you when you are assertive. I’ve had this problem often when I feel confident, and it makes me second guess myself, so maybe it means that I’m really Not confident to begin with…

Confidence is a great thing to have. I do think that I am confident, but sometimes I second guess myself. I have the tendency to be my own worst enemy, and that is not a good feeling. I have to learn to pat myself on the back every once in a while.
