Actually i hate eye glasses! it bothers my nose!! i hate the feeling it gives behind the ears too, so annoying!
The idea of contact lenses is pretty good but i have heard it makes ur vision go worse day by day. I just wish i would wake up one day seeing the world in a perfect vision..

Victoria_P17 is happy with what I already accomplished :)
How I did it: The first time I asked for tests my doc said it wasn t a good idea because I had dry eyes and the procedure may cause more dryness so I kind of forget about doing it. These holidays I went back for my routine exams with him and he tested me again for dryness and everything was normal! Went for this appointment on Friday and with his approval scheduled tests for Monday, he reviewed results on Tuesday (10 AM Dec. 30!!!) and told me he … Read how I did it…

As I type this, my glasses are slipping off my nose. I only had one pair of contacts when I went to Chicago for school which dried out but I re-wet them and used them anyway. Long story short, my left eye darn near got infected, I took the contact out and I had to go the rest of class with only half my sight. It’s time for a change (for my eyes).

My vision was always bad. I started wearing glasses in the first grade and it progressively got worst. I also had very bad eye allergies which made it very difficult to wear contact lenses for long period of time. I feel so free without my glasses and those nasty contact lenses! Definitely worth it!

My vision is getting progressivly worse – wearing glasses is just annoying…glasses on to drive, off to walk, on to see a computer, off to read…you get the point – PAIN IN MY A-, er butt :)
I got the preliminary screening and I am not a good candidate for Lasik. I have to wait for a better procedure.
ar3sera has recovered and is enjoying a good week :)

Wishin… and hoping…
Lacey is thrilled, thrilled beyond measure
it comes about once a month (and it may be from wearing contacts or from the 2006 chemical burn)
it lasts for about 3 days…. who knows.

I’m 29 this year and 30 seems like a good enough time :) Vision has been stable for at least 5 years, give or take 15 degrees. Am hoping that i will get enough business across this Dec/Jan/Feb to have the surgery done in March/April, which is generally a quieter time for my business.
I physically hate wearing glasses – gives me a headache behind the ears and nose-bridge pinch. Mentally, i dislike contacts… i have this thought that i’m “starving” my eyes of oxygen. Lasik it will be!
