I started working out. I found that it’s harder than I expected to bench my weight. I currently weight about 200 pounds, and can bench about 150 for one rep. Working shoulders and chest twice a week, so we’ll see how long it takes!

Right now I weigh 85kgs but my target bodyweight and therefore target bench weight it 88kgs.
Rotator cuff injury has messed up my bench for a long time so it is currently a lousy 60kgs.
