see more of Australia

I would like see more Australia – particularly Western Australia. Perth, Wave Rock, Broome and the Outback. Maybe hire a campervan in australia

I’ve lived in Australia my whole life and have seen surprisingly little of it. I get slightly jealous of overseas toursists and backpackers I have talked to that have said all the places they’ve been… I haven’t even been to Sydney!!! I’m from Adelaide, and I’ve been to a fair bit of SA and Victoria, I’ve been just over the border to NSW, I’ve been to the Gold Coast in QLD but that’s it!! I would love to go to Sydney, Tasmania, and travel up the coast of WA. I have a fantastic WA trip planned, who knows when it will happen though – it involves taking the Indian Pacific train from Adelaide to Perth, going on a three day tour down to Albany and Margaret River, then coming back up to Perth, going to Rottnest island, and then going on a 10 day coach tour up to Broome via Monkey Mia, lots of bush and conservation areas, and Ningaloo reef, and then taking a plane back home to Adelaide. I think it’d be a fantastic trip!!
When I go to Tassie I want to see all the great environmental areas, go on lots of hiking etc… And sydney will probably be for a few days – for shopping obviously! haha and also zoo/aquarium, maybe take in a footy game if possible, I’d love to do a bridge climb too! and a sydney harbour cruise… haha I think i better buy a lotto ticket! xx

Me and my friend have been taking mini road trips up the coastline from here down to NSW. He has an old-school minolta camera so we take alot of photos and document our little journeys. We go with his friends too and make a day out of just driving around and looking at the scenery. It’s a heap of fun!

i’ve hardly seen any of my own country. I don’t want to just see the cities, i wat to see some outback too.

There are many places love to go… just plan it and go for it , and enjoy the journey as well as the destination… ummm feel so good…

have a weekend getaway to Sunshine Coast was great… will try to do this more often, now I am planning to go to Cairns, Melbourne and Perth…

Would love to travel around the coast of OZ in a big sparkly bus. If that fails, a 4WD would do nicely aswell.

i spose it’s the kind of thing you can take for granted – seeing your own country. but then its so large even thinking about makes me exhausted, although exhilerated at the same time.
My road trip from sydney to perth and back 2 years ago is definately a fabulous memory. I’ve been itching to go to melbourne for about a year now… and one day i have to do the drive up to alice springs! I don’t even know where to start…

Went on a road trip around Western Australia, loved the Ningaloo Reef, Perth, Rottnest Island, Margaret River. Have visted family in Sydney but since moving to Melbourne, time and money has prevented any serious travelling. Spent my birthday in Daylesford which was relaxing and next week we are driving down the Great Ocean Road, can’t wait!
