not bite my nails

Painting my nails tonight so that I can get started.

This Is going to be very hard for me.

I’ve been biting my nails for as long as i can remember so stoping will take alot of time and effort.

I Bit them all day in school and not so much at home. I think it might be because i get nervous in school and i have to be doin something!...But i really have to stop this bad habit because i sometimes bit them down to the point they start hurting and bleeding.

I want my pretty, girly nails back!

Need to do it asap!
