I am a bit of a procrastinator and definitely a time waster. Whenever I have a task to do (whatever it may be, practical or creative or otherwise) I tend to lose focus rather quickly and dilly dally about and get very little done. One thing I could do to help is to write lists of tasks that need to be done for the day and have them close by and visible so that it becomes a constant reminder.
