How to bench press my weight
"Gradual, and at times frustrating."
How I did it: Consistency. I've been doing the 5x5 program this focuses more on strength gains than size. Just work out regularly and you'll get there. Keep going and keep trying to increase the weight. Squats will help you increase your gains even in upper body exercises.
