No more crap food for me .. well, that might be impossible but I’m going to at least keep it to a minimum. Healthy lunches and dinners during the week, plenty of water and only 1 teaspoon of sugar in my tea and coffee please.
Today at work we had “food day.” We all brought food and had a big feast. I didn’t eat one chip, eat any of the 7-layer dip and not a bite of any of the deserts. I only ate healthy food! I think it is easier not to start than it is to stop.
