Meet my half-brother

I have a half brother and sister and I grow up with them believeing they were my cousins instead.
I found out about them when I was seven and was unable to tell them.
I believe I have tracked them down through there mothers family and was told they did not know me but the desire to found out about them is strong and my mum tells me to forget about them and they are not my brother and sister but my half.
But I don’t give a damn.
They are my brother and sister no matter what!

My half brother lives 2 hours away from me. I know his job, and his name. I am working up the courage to go see him. I dont think he knows I exist, but as soon as I say my last name, he will make the connection.

My aunt on her death bed said we have a half brother (my mother passed away 24 yrs ago). He was given up for adoption and would be in his mid/late 40’s I think…All I know is he was born at Abbington Hospital in Pennsylvania…

I want to meet my half-brother. he knows. i know. we’ve known about each other for nearly 3 years but no contact other than 2 emails from him yet. hopefully we will meet sometime in the near future.

Saw him again at a different place a couple weeks ago. Wanted to talk to him but he doesn’t know I exist.

I am going to track and track him down this year, it won’t be at the beginning but sometime during the year I am going to start looking for him and see what I come up with.
I hope I find him and I hope he wants to meet me etc as that would be amazing.

I’ve seen him. I know where he goes to school. I know his name. I’m just waiting for him to find my mom so I can meet him. He’s 18. We don’t even know if he knows he’s adopted. : ( Hopefully, he’ll come to the place my mom works during October every year again this year. He just graduated HS in June though so it’s unlikely.

I really want to meet him and get to know him but I don’t have a clue how to find him or if he wants to be found.

Why hasn’t he tracked me down? Maybe he doesn’t want to or maybe he thinks i wouldn’t want him to.

I do want to meet him so much and have done for a long time so I will work on finding him and meeting him as I want him in my life as I am related to him.

If anyone reads this that knows Stephen (Steven) Batson whoes Dad is Adrian Batson and lives in Stockport/Manchester kind od area with a brother called Gary Batson then please get in touch or let him know his half sister is looking for him as she wants to meet him. :O)

It is something I have wanted to do for years and now I am more ready than I have ever been.
I would love nothing more than to meet him next summer but finding him is the first thing I need to do.
