    Eating right for my blood type!!  — 4 days ago

    Worth doing!

    Well, I’m actually surprised to say that I’m doing this. I’m usually such a slacker when it comes to what I eat but now I’m following eating right for your blood type. It’s really been helping me a lot b/c before I would always feel bloated and rarely hungry but now I’m actually eating more just more of the right stuff. It’s hard at times b/c I usually work nights and eat out a lot so not eating milk, wheat, corn, and ham can be a challenge but there’s a lot of others things I can eat and you would be surprised as to what can of substitute items you can find in the health section of the grocery store. Needless to say, I feel fantastic and I’m actually loosing weight too!!! Whooo hooo :)

    I’ve fallen a wee bit off the wagon with my healthy eating habits. I’ve begun to rely on my daily coffee which is something I never wanted to have, so I need to switch back to tea. I’m also eating far too many processed foods. We always do a healthy weekly shop with minimal processed food included, but throughout the week I find myself buying things here and there. It has to stop!

    Well, I completed my detox and felt fantastic, but since then I’ve fallen back into bad habits. I think I need to create a mind-set where I’m ‘always’ detoxing. That said I know to allow myself treats every now and then, but that’s what they should be, treats, not everyday food!

    I’m going to come up with a meal plan each week and actually stick to it, which I’m sure will help with my goal.

    I’ve kicked off the year with a detox. Two days in and I feel great. I’m eating lots of fresh fruit, fish, muesli and yoghurt. I think it’s a really positive way to start the year!

    I eat a fairly ok diet most of the time, but fall right off the wagon every now and then. Ok, ok all the time. So I want to cut out a lot of the refined junk I eat, cut down on gluten and add in more fresh produce. I really want to shop at Farmer’s Markets more too!

    Worth doing!

    Well, I’ve cut down on my intake of crisps and cheese and upped my intake of fruit and veg. Also I’ve stopped eating as much meat. I don’t know why though cos this wasn’t part of my plan. I’m not vegetarian, just gone off it for some reason!! My skin looks a lot better and I do feel a bit healthier.
