Well, I’m actually surprised to say that I’m doing this. I’m usually such a slacker when it comes to what I eat but now I’m following eating right for your blood type. It’s really been helping me a lot b/c before I would always feel bloated and rarely hungry but now I’m actually eating more just more of the right stuff. It’s hard at times b/c I usually work nights and eat out a lot so not eating milk, wheat, corn, and ham can be a challenge but there’s a lot of others things I can eat and you would be surprised as to what can of substitute items you can find in the health section of the grocery store. Needless to say, I feel fantastic and I’m actually loosing weight too!!! Whooo hooo :)
