but I’ve realised that I really don’t need to have this as a goal, so I’m taking it off. I’m generally a happy chappy, and I see the funny side to just about any situation. I’m laughing every day, never mind just smiling. Luckily my hubs has much the same character, and my work buddy is the same, so I have others to share the laughs with. :D

in the excitement of SoCalLifer’s very last day at work ever made me smile today. Woo hoo! Hope you’re out celebrating this evening SoCal!
posted some new photos of my little nephews online. They’re too cute! :)
sent me this:
A precious little girl walks into a pet shop and asks, in the sweetest little lisp, between two missing teeth,
“Excuthe me, mithter, do you keep widdle wabbits?”
As the shopkeeper’s heart melts, he gets down on his knees so that he’s on her level and asks,
“Do you want a widdle white wabbit, or a thoft and fuwwy bwack wabbit, or maybe one like that cute widdle bwown wabbit over there?”
She, in turn, blushes, rocks on her heels, puts her hands on her knees,
leans forward and says, in a tiny quiet voice,
"I don't think my python weally gives a thit."A work buddy shared a wonderfully deep moment with me today. I am so grateful that he trusts me enough to confide in me.
I bought hubs a new surf fishing rod, and gave it to him when he got home from work this evening. He was so excited! His whole face just lit up, and he gave me a huge hug.
:)
Swapping chatty emails with a customer. It’s nice to break the work boundaries every now and then, and get to know the person behind the order being placed.
Meeting up with alcachofa yesterday made me smile. The guy is an absolute sweetheart!
on a goal, and the love and encouragement that I received in response to my entry was amazing. I had a big grin on my face, and a lump in my throat reading those replies. Thanks SoCal, Sessy, and Ruth! You’re wonderful! :)
Sitting in a park near a lake watching the ducks, and talking crap with a work friend. It was such a nice way to unwind during our lunch break.
