Sam and I made dinner for his parents and brother on Saturday night, we tried a recipe from a vegetarian cook book that his parents got me for Christmas and it was really nice (but we made far too much, which ended up being a good thing, as we got to have it for lunch earlier today as well!) It was cous cous and coriander, topped with halloumi grilled in chili oil and mixed with onion, pepper, tomato and curly lettuce, with a bit of olive oil so it wasn’t dry. yum yum! I really enjoyed making something new, so I’m definitely going to try to do this more often. I think I’ll call this goal complete after I’ve tried maybe… 5 new recipes successfully.

I need to have more salad varieties-because I dont like onion or garlic and it’s in all salad dressings-with varieties of things in the salad rather than on the salad

I forgot I added cumin and bay (so I edited). Also I took off the garlic because it made me nauseous and I try to be as Vedic as possible

I’m in the habit of making one food item at a time, for ex I’ll just eat cornbread pancakes, or just cereal, or just salad. I’d like to make more actual meals instead of just eating here and there food. Especially I’d like to try to make some holiday type food like fudge or special flatbread.
