How to sleep through the night

 "The biggest challenge was to get my mind to quiet down at night."
How I did it: First I helped the baby establish a better bedtime routine so he's sleeping better, and then I started using an eye mask so I would stop watching the clock at night. I'm also trying to maintain a 'calming' routine before bed to quiet my mind. Lessons & tips: I'm trying to not go to bed mad or stressed. I'm also keeping a notebook near the bed so if things are bugging me overnight I can write them down and get my brain to stop spinning. |

My son is finally sleeping through the night but I’m not. I’m dying for a good night’s sleep! Spent my first night away from my son last weekend- had 3 appletini’s and 2 tylenol PM and still managed to wake up a bunch of times throughout the night. My husband is super supportive- it truly seems to be a personal problem. What can I do?!
