Yess I joined track and I am getting into shape! I love it, but my muscles are really sore.

This goes hand in hand with my gym goals . . . . .
I want to slim down, and be towned.
I want to feel strong.
I’ve started going to kickboxing classes. so much fun and one hell of a workout. I already feel more athletic after just one class!
