I desire an art room... 6 months ago

I want an art room but I don’t have room in this house. I can’t set it up anywhere else because kids would get into everything. It gets me down and frustrated when I can’t work on my art. Because everythig else gets in the way of it.

a new beginning 10 months ago

I need a space where I can work and feel like I am accomplishing something, instead of just dreaming about it.

now need to use it, afraid of spending a long time working on something and producing …..nothing….
or a long time….a lot of money…and being worse off than I am now…...

A room... a spare(!?) room!! 2 years ago

This is what I hope to do once my duplex becomes available… :) To have a room for a studio. I have a friend who has a room in her duplex completely devoted to her harp, and another friend who has a room in her house completely devoted to her cello. Art takes up space, and fills you and your home up. :) I want to be filled…. :)

I put my art room together a few months ago... 2 years ago

But I haven’t been in there working for awhile.

I did start on my stained glass Savior, but I only worked on it for about one minute.

I have antlers all over the desk in there because I was finding places to hook them on the walls for coat or towel or clothes racks.

I have the three bones from the venison we had the other day on my desk too. I boiled them forever, then I let them dry in the window. I want to cut them and see what I can make out of them.

Bone is hollow, so if I were using small bones, like bird bones when i find a dead bird, I could use them for jewelry. Okay, don’t get sick in here! Go. Go. The bathroom is that way.

I could use small chicken bones for that! Hey, neat idea. I have this very large flat shoulder blade that I’m thinking of using at the moment, though.

I had my big paper on willow sea turtle lantern in there for awhile, thinking I would put more layers over the torn spots, but I gave up, wanting the room in there instead, and hung it back up in the top of the cathedral ceiling.

But I could still go in there and GET BUSY!
