I know I’m not fat. Far from it. But I can’t help thinking that I’ll feel much more comfortable with myself if I lose some weight. We recently got a treadmill and I’ve been using it everyday. It’s great. Much better than a run/walk down the street as I can go as often as I like, for as long as I like without people watching. I already feel better now that I’ve been using it for a week. Lets hope I keep it up.

Been eating lots of veggies and less meats this year. But still, I get fat. Although I am not over-weight by height and BMI, I find my 55kg unacceptable compared to my previous slim stature :-(

I was a 50kg slender mum!

Well i’ve been doing ok… except this morning I had two bowls of cereal (substantial bowls, mind you!) soo I need to control my portion size and keep the exercise going. x
