Buy a house by the sea....

A house by the sea, preferably a big stormy sea with whitecaps and occasionally chunks of floating ice. I’m an East Coast person and grew up on the Atlantic and I’ll take a winter ocean over a summer one any day.

I want a view of the ocean from my kitchen window, a sofa in the master bathroom, and the sounds of the waves lulling me to sleep at night.

I want a deck with a comfy outdoor seating area, a fireplace in my kitchen, and a tomato plant.

Oh and some lilac bushes.

Waking up, looking out of the window and the sea is there – Can a day start any better? Well maybe a cup of coffee too!
