I got myself an elliptical and I’m using it! Everyday I do at least 10 minutes and usually about 30 minutes on the elliptical. I’m also strength training a few times a week. Nutritionally, I’m also cutting down on fat.

My friend Jake came up with this goal, and I think his phrasing of a fitness goal is the most positive and objective. No “lose” words or get “thinner” (because since when is thin the correct way to be?) More like, get rid of all the excess that you do not need to be a healthy person. Think of the human body like a fine piece of machinery that needs to have an oil change, haha.
